Cooking Vegetables

The children in Forest School really enjoyed digging up the vegetables in the vegetable patch. The children were amazed when they pulled up the potato plants! One plant had six potatoes!

The children then washed the vegetables and snipped the herbs in the herb garden - Basil & Mint.

We then cooked up the vegetables with herb infused butter drizzled over. One child exclaimed, "this is delicious!"
