Snacks Out and About!

Our little Butterflies were out and about early on Monday morning. They enjoyed a stroll around the local community, pointing at the lorries and buses that whizzed by. They took in the sights and sounds of Sticklepath..... the delivery lorry at the shop, the cheery postal worker and the birds in the trees. Once at the local supermarket, the children excitedly pointed to the colourful array of fruit. They enjoyed a delicious banana before heading back to nursery, in time for lunch.

We have been keeping cool by lots of water play, quiet games, puzzles in the shade, watering the vegetable patch and enjoying stories together.
