Autumn Days Like These

It's been a beautiful week here at nursery. We enjoyed stories and songs with Clare from Story Bears, Football on Tuesday afternoon and learning new songs with Rebecca on Thursday.

There have been discoveries in the sensory tray... bumpy, flat, smooth, rough, cold, sticky....

Children have been enjoying lots of fresh air in the garden, lots of warming meals at lunch time and there are beautiful Autumnal displays going up in the playrooms.

We also celebrated National Baking Day so we are not surprised to see delicious bread being baked in the Hedgehogs Bakery! Not only tiger bread, but monkey bread and snake bread too . Emma was so impressed that our little bakers were awarded a Hedgehog Handshake for their fares .. move over Paul Hollywood!
