Colour Mixing & Ice Cubes Mixed with Shaving Foam

What a funny feeling mixing smooth cold shaving cream with painted ice cubes. This activity kept the children engaged for quite a time as they explored the cold properties of the ice cubes. There was a mixture of colours and they made some really interesting effects as they melted into the shaving cream. Another activity the children had the choice to engage in was a huge blank sheet of paper ready to be covered in paint using spongey rollers. This was very exciting as the group used the whole of the paer to create a large mural.
