Fun in the Snow

"Leave your coats on!" was the message to the children as they arrived in Nursery today. We went straight out in the garden to play in the snow. We built a snowman and pulled our toy trucks through the snow to make tracks. We have had a fun morning!

A Visit to Oaklands

The children in Kindergarten visited our friends at Oaklands Residential Care Home. We played 'football' with an inflatable beach ball and one gentleman enjoyed being in 'goal' in his chair! The children entertained us by playing music on the piano and we coloured in the most beautiful butterfly pictures. Sarah and Michele put on the most entertaining puppet show at story time all about The Very Hungry Caterpillar.

The RSPB Great British Bird Count

The children have been busy making the most beautiful bird feeders. They have been learning about all the different garden birds, their diet and habitats. We take part in the RSPB Bird Count every year and the children love counting the birds in our Forest School.

It's Snowing!

The children are running around the garden shrieking with excitement over the flurry of snow that we are experiencing. Can you hear the excitement from where you are today?!
